What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our site:

• Name and email address (via the Propose a Project form and Contact form)
• Project details and brief descriptions you submit
• Signature data (drawn in the Client Portal agreement tab, stored locally on your device only)

How we collect it

Form submissions are sent via your email client (mailto) or through EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. We do not use server-side databases to store your personal data. The Client Portal uses your browser's local storage to save progress, which remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Third-party services

Our site uses the following external services that may process limited data:

• Google Fonts: loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
• EmailJS: processes email delivery when you submit forms. EmailJS GDPR compliance
• image.thum.io: generates website thumbnail screenshots displayed on our Projects page
• Stripe: processes subscription payments for maintenance services. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Cal.com: handles booking for consultation calls

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only data stored in your browser is your dark/light mode preference and Client Portal progress, both via localStorage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we don't maintain a database of your information (it's sent directly via email), you can request deletion by emailing yahyadeeni1@gmail.com. We will delete any emails containing your data within 30 days of your request.

Data retention

Emails containing your form submissions are retained only for the duration of our working relationship. Once a project is complete and all obligations are fulfilled, we delete project-related correspondence within 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
